Pedro Donizete Velardo
FIDUS INVEST partner-director, responsible for the commercial area. 25 years of experience in financial and capital markets and 18 years of experience along with institutional clients. He has worked at Banco Itaú for 14 years where he was responsible for the institutional clients’ area offering all products and services to this segment. He was also in charge of the investment products distribution area focused on institutional investors. For 7 years he has also been the director technically qualified before SPC (Complementary Pension Bureau) by the Banco Itaú’s Multisponsored Fund. He has worked for Villares Group where he was responsible for the group’s pension fund.
Pedro holds a bachelor’s degree in Economy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC), holds an MBA in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), a Pension Funds Specialization from Wharton Business School and is duly certified by ANBID CPA-20.
Ricardo Maggi de Nóvoa
FIDUS INVEST partner-director, responsible for the commercial area. 21 years of experience in financial and capital markets and 18 years of experience along with institutional clients. He has worked at Banco Itaú for 11 years where he was responsible for the marketing products and services area focused on institutional investors. He was also in charge of the investment products distribution area where he acted closely with the product areas aiming at developing investment products to the segment. He has worked for 6 years at Banco Francês e Brasileiro – BFB (Credit Lyonnais) as an interface between the Brazilian and New York operational desks dealing with local and foreign institutional clients.
Ricardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economy from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), holds an MBA in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets from Faculdade de Economia e Administração (FEA-USP) and he is duly certified by ANBID CPA-20.
